Short version: we take the details needed to print your toys and post them to you, and nothing else. We do not sell your information to anybody, ever.
What we collect, and why
- Your name, address, email and phone number — so we can post the parcel and tell you where it is.
- What you ordered — so we know what to print, and so we can help if something goes wrong later.
- Your account details, if you choose to make an account. You do not have to; you can check out as a guest.
- Basic technical information your browser sends any website, such as which pages you looked at, used to keep the shop working.
Card details — we never see them
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Your card number is entered on their systems, not ours. We never see it, never hold it and could not give it away if we wanted to. We only see that a payment succeeded and the last few digits.
Who else sees your details
Only the people who have to, and only the part they need:
- Stripe and PayPal — to take the payment.
- USPS — your name and address, printed on the label.
- Our web host — the shop and its orders live on their servers.
That is the entire list. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies to remember what is in your basket and to keep you signed in if you made an account. Turning them off will break the basket, which is the only reason they are there.
Marketing
We only email you about your order unless you have specifically asked to hear from us. If you ever do opt in, every email has an unsubscribe link and one click is enough.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting, and so we can help with a problem on an old order. Account details stay until you ask us to delete the account.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account. We may have to keep basic order records for tax reasons even after deleting an account, and we will say so if that applies.
Children
We make toys for children, but the shop is for grown-ups to buy from. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and accounts are for adults.
Asking us anything
Privacy questions go to the same place as everything else — see the Contact page.
