You are writing to the people who actually printed your toys. There is no call centre and no ticket queue — it is us.
Put your order number in the subject line if you already have one. It saves a round of back and forth.
How quickly we answer
We are a small workshop, so we are not answering at midnight — but we do read everything and we answer within a couple of business days. If it has been longer, send it again; occasionally a message goes astray.

What people usually write about
- Where is my order? Check the tracking email first, then ask us.
- Something arrived damaged. Send a photo — that is all we need to put it right. See Refunds and Returns.
- Can I get this in a different color? Often yes. Ask before ordering and we will tell you honestly what we have on the shelf.
- Bulk, party bags, school or market orders. Very welcome — tell us numbers and a date and we will tell you if it is doable.
- Which toys suit which age? Ask. Some of ours are very small; see the safety note in our Terms.
