Everything is printed and packed by us in Deer Park, Texas, then posted through USPS. Here is exactly what that costs and how long it takes.
What shipping costs
- $9.99 flat on any order, however many toys are in it.
- Free once your order passes $100. It switches over on its own at checkout — there is no code to remember.
We ship within the United States only at the moment.
Tax
Texas sales tax of 8.25% is added for orders going to a Texas address. Texas also taxes the postage on a taxable order, so you will see the tax figure calculated on the toys and the shipping together. Orders going outside Texas are not charged sales tax.
How long it takes
Every toy is printed to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting, which is why colors and finishes stay fresh — but it does mean there is print time before there is post time.
- Printing and packing: 3–4 business days for most orders. Bundles and the larger animals take longer, simply because they take longer to print.
- In the post: USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2 to 5 business days once it leaves us.
If an order is going to be slow, we tell you rather than leaving you wondering.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made. If it has not arrived, check your junk folder before assuming the worst, then get in touch.
If something goes wrong in transit
Parcels do occasionally get lost or crushed. If yours does, tell us and we will sort it out — see our Refunds and Returns page.
Local pickup
We are a Deer Park workshop, so if you are local and would rather collect than post, ask us before you order and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.
